  • You will receive an email with access to the tutorials with instructions on how to prep for your template. While you prep, within 48 hours, we will deliver the fully built template directly to your Squarespace account.

  • You will need a Squarespace account. Wait to purchase the Squarespace plan AFTER we deliver your new template. Plus a Domain name (URL).

  • No. These templates are designed to be as user-friendly as possible. Each template comes with step-by-step video instructions to create the design in your Squarespace account using the built-in style editor. If there is any code, then you will be given instructions.

  • It can take up to a week to get your site launched. I recommend allocating at least 10 - 15 hours to go through each tutorial and upload your content

  • No, this template is for personal use only. If you would like to purchase this for a clients website, then reach out to me!

  • Because of the digital nature of our products, they are non-refundable, so please make sure you have read all of the product details before you purchase. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

  • Yes! You have free email support, 30 days after we’ve launched your site. Once the 30 days is up, I also offer hourly paid support if you need assistance with something extra.

    Squarespace has really good email support and live chat.

  • Let’s discuss, as it will depend on what template you are using currently and if we want to start from scratch - this is my recommendation anyway as the new built-in editor Fluid Engine will become the only way to edit your site.

  • Yes, absolutely. You can add your own colours, fonts and branding to your template.

  • No! Everything is laid out step by step with videos and instructions.
