Assistance with connecting a domain / URL from providers other than Squarespace or GoDaddy. Please be advised that some domain providers are more complicated and therefore more time-consuming to connect to your site. Once you let us know who your provider is with, we will advise on the cost.

No. These templates are designed to be as user-friendly as possible. Each template comes with step-by-step video instructions to add your content - it's a simple swap.

It can take up to a week to get your site launched. I recommend allocating at least 5 hours to go through the questionnaire, tutorials and upload your content.

You can book a 1:1 zoom with me for $80 per hour for more personalised assistance.

Yes! You have free email support, 30 days after we’ve launched your site. Once the 30 days is up, I also offer hourly paid support if you need assistance with something extra.
