    1. Book a Free 15-Minute Call: We’ll discuss your needs and determine the best package for you.

    2. Receive a Quote: Based on our discussion, I’ll send you a detailed quote outlining the template and any additional services you may require.

    3. Invoice and Payment: Once you agree to the quote, I’ll send an invoice for the template and any chosen add-ons. Once the invoice is paid in full, we’ll move to the next step.

    4. Comprehensive Questionnaire: After payment, you’ll receive a detailed questionnaire to gather all the necessary information for your website.

    5. Next Steps: Depending on the package and add-ons you’ve selected, I’ll guide you through the remaining steps to get your website launched quickly and effortlessly.

  • You will need to pay for a Squarespace subscription. Signing up with us, means you will get 20% off your annual plan for the first year. We will send you instructions for doing this the subscription will need to be attached to your template.

    Plus a Domain name (URL).

    Scheduling software if applicable.

  • You can purchase an add on - send us a support ticket (you'll get access to this after purchase) and we can let you know which add on is best.

    You can book a 1:1 zoom with me for $120+GST for 60 minutes or $70+GST for 30 minutes for more personalised assistance.

  • We can offer guidance with regards to purchasing a domain.

  • 1 to 2 weeks - depending on the package you choose.

  • No. These templates are designed to be as user-friendly as possible. Each template comes with step-by-step video instructions to add your content - it's a simple swap.

  • All packages are non-refundable. Please make sure you ask any questions before making the commitment.

  • You’ll receive 7 days of email support for any simple issues or questions that come up as you get your site set up. We're here to help with quick fixes or basic guidance to ensure everything runs smoothly.

    For more complex issues, you can purchase additional support as an add-on.

  • Yes, absolutely. You can add your own colours, fonts and branding to your template.

  • We will discuss this during the free 15 minute call and decide which package is best for you.

  • Depending on your package, we can add more content / sections to your page. If you have the basic DIY package we can add sections to your page for an additional fee. Custom packages include additional 2 sections.

  • You will receive an email with access to the tutorials with instructions on how to prep for your template. While you prep, within 48 hours, we will deliver the fully built template directly to your Squarespace account.

  • You will need a Squarespace account. Wait to purchase the Squarespace plan AFTER we deliver your new template. Plus a Domain name (URL).

  • No. These templates are designed to be as user-friendly as possible. Each template comes with step-by-step video instructions to add your content - it's a simple swap.

  • It can take up to a week to get your site launched. I recommend allocating at least 5 hours to go through the questionnaire, tutorials and upload your content.

  • We can help you purchase and connect a domain through Squarespace, GoDaddy or other providers.

  • You can book a 1:1 zoom with me for $80 per hour for more personalised assistance.

  • Because of the digital nature of our products, they are non-refundable, so please make sure you have read all of the product details before you purchase. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

  • Yes! You have free email support, 30 days after we’ve launched your site. Once the 30 days is up, I also offer hourly paid support if you need assistance with something extra.
