I understand that Lesley Allan's fees include their design service only and that I am responsible for separate domain, hosting, newsletter, or other software fees that may be necessary to launch my website or designs.

I understand that all hours are billable, including emails, phone calls and any other communication, and will be billed in 15 minute increments. To ensure efficient use of time, I agree to consolidate feedback, updates, or questions into as few communications as possible.

Revisions & Communication *

I agree to review any designs and provide written comments or approval within 5 business days to keep the project on track. Timely feedback is essential to meet the agreed project timeline

Scope of Project *

I agree that I have provided Lesley Allan with a list of tasks required to complete the project.

Any additional tasks or changes to agreed tasks will require notice in writing. If required, a new scope will be submitted.

All new tasks or adjustments must be consolidated and provided in writing, with sufficient detail, to avoid misunderstandings and unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
